Lacey serves as the Fiscal Specialist for Workforce Solutions Texoma. Before joining the staff of Workforce Solutions Texoma in 2011, Lacey had worked in the banking industry. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Oklahoma Christian University.
