Terrence Steele is the Technology Manager for Texoma Workforce Development Board. As the Technology Manager, Terrence is responsible for Network Administration, and Maintenance for Board and Workforce Centers. He is a graduate of Hertzing Institute, Birmingham, AL where he received a certificate of completion in Computer Programming and Operations. Terrence received an Associates Degree from the Community College of the Air Force in Management Information Systems (MIS).

Terrence also serves on a variety of community boards and is involved in many community projects. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Grayson County Junior Achievement, Grayson County Juvenile Alternatives, Grayson County Health Department, and Texoma School to Careers Partnership Steering Committee Board. Terrence also serves on 3 committees for Texas Workforce Commission, in Austin, TX - the System Administrators Team (SAT), Technology Oversight Planning Subcommittee (TOPS), CCMS Technology Advisory Team. He is also the Vice President of the Neighborhood Recreation Committee, 1st Vice President of the Sherman Interdenominational Ministerial Alliance, and Publicity Chairman for the Sherman branch NAACP, Committee member for the annual Texomaland Black Expo, City representative on the Sherman Investment Committee, City representative on the Texoma Council Of Governments (TCOG) governing body.

Terrence has years of experience in a broad range of areas such as: Prevention, Diversity, Youth Involvement, Team Building, Empowerment, Youth/Gang Violence, Church Involvement, Working with Convicts.

Mr. Steele is a Desert Storm veteran with 11 years of military service to the U.S. Air Force. He shares his extensive leadership and computer technical skills acquired during his military career with young people of the community in many character-building projects.
