Kyle Royal is the IT Specialist for Texoma Workforce Development Board. As the IT Specialist, Kyle is responsible for Network and Computer maintenance for the Board and Workforce Centers. He is a graduate of Grayson County College Denison, TX where he received an Associates Degree in Computer Maintenance Technology.

Kyle is also self taught Web/Graphic Design.  He is responsible for graphics for web, business cards, and also bill boards. He is also responsible for creating and updating all the websites for Texoma Workforce Development Board and partners.
